Is the hardware tested before it ships?
Yes. Every unit (new-excess, used, or refurbished) is bench-tested in-house by certified technicians before it is listed, and re-verified before it ships. See our Testing Process page for the details.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Every product we sell carries our own 3-year warranty covering hardware failure in normal use. If a unit fails, we advance-replace or repair it. Full terms and the RMA process are on the Warranty page.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed by 12pm ship the same business day. Overnight shipping is available across the US, and we deliver worldwide.
Do you buy used equipment?
Yes. Buying and liquidating surplus gear is half our business. We buy Juniper, Arista, Brocade and Cisco hardware for cash, wire, or trade-in credit, arrange pickup, and process within 48 hours of receipt.
How do quotes work for unpriced items?
High-ticket and bulk items are quote-driven. Send the part number and quantity through the quote form, chat, or phone and a human who knows the hardware will come back with a firm price, typically the same business day.
